Cider Braised Mangalitsa Pork Shoulder

INGREDIENTS
3-4lb Mangalitsa Pork Shoulder
3 Garlic Cloves Slivered
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
5-6 Onions, 1/4 Slice
1-2 Preferably tart apples, peeled and cut into big chunks
1 1/2 Cup, Unfiltered Apple Cider
1 Cup, Chicken Broth

INSTRUCTIONS
Score Fat
Make Slits & Insert Garlic season well with Salt + Pepper
Brown Meat & Set in Roasting Pan
Saute onions in olive oil until soft add salt and caramelize
Stir in cider & broth
Cover Pork in onion mixture
Cover Pan tightly
Roast in oven at 325 for 3+hrs.
Set roast aside and skim fat/reduce onions and liquid.
