Our Favorite Ham Glaze
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine bourbon, maple, orange
juice, mustard in a pot over medium
heat. Mix corn starch with the
water in a bowl, then add to the
pot, stirring and heating until it
thickens.
Score ham, brush with glaze. Bake
at 300, cut side down, covered with
foil, with a little water in the
pan, for about an hour to 130-140.
Uncover ham, glaze again, and raise
heat to 350 to lightly brown and
finish ham, about 20 mins. Cool for
10 mins. Slice and serve.
